Recruitment process

Before proceeding with your candidature to the next steps of our recruitment process, we would like to ask you to fill in a short (5 minutes) Self Assessment.

During this stage, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to share more details about our work at Miinto, but also ask about your expectations towards the next steps in your career path to make sure Miinto is the right place for you.

During this stage, our Hiring Manager will have the opportunity to share more details about our work at Miinto, our projects, tech stack as well as gain a better understanding of your future career aspirations to make sure Miinto is the right place for you.

1 h – During this interview, you will have the opportunity to meet one of our Tech Managers. This person will focus on technical aspects of this particular role you are applying for, and will check your technical skills. The Tech Manager will also answer all your questions regarding our tech stack, projects that we are working on, plans for the future etc.

After the last step of the recruitment process, we will share feedback with you within the next few days.
